Your hot air balloon flight will be scheduled to take off at sunrise so that you will be able to see the first rays of the sun as you are up in the balloon.

Flights are usually approximately 40-45 minutes depending on wind and weather conditions.

No, our pilots will assess the weather conditions to determine the optimal take-off point. Instead of departing from the same location every morning, we adjust our take-off site based on wind direction and speed to ensure the best possible flight experience.

We welcome most individuals as long as they can stand comfortably throughout the flight, climb in and out of the basket, and follow safety instructions. However for saftey reasons we cannot accept children under the age of 5. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Hot air ballooning is an exceptionally safe activity. Our pilots are highly qualified and experienced with 1000s of flying hours under their belts. Additionally, hot air ballooning in Türkiye is strictly regulated by the Civil Aviation Authority to ensure the highest safety standards.

Wear comfortable clothing, similar to what you would choose for a walk. A  jacket may be useful as mornings can be chilly. Trousers or shorts are more practical for climbing in and out of the basket, and we suggest wearing sports shoes since landings may be on uneven ground. A hat can help protect from the radiant heat of the burners, and sunglasses are recommended to shield your eyes from the early morning sun.

If the flight is cancelled due to weather conditions, you will receive a full refund. You may also cancel your reservation up to 48 hours in advance without any charge.
